Entry Window

Entries will be accepted online beginning 11 May 2021 to 7 September 2021.

Entry Fees

Early bird special R750.00 excluding VAT per entry if entry is done if entries are done before midnight on the last day allowed (10th August 2021).

Normal entry fee R975.00 excluding VAT per entry if the entry is done before midnight on the last day (31st August 2021).

Late entry fee R1170.00 excluding VAT per entry before midnight on the cutoff date for entries (7 September 2021).

Payment

After registering and completing entries, all participants must pay their entry fee(s).

Samples needed for entry

A wine sample must comprise three 750ml bottles, or the volumetric equivalent thereof.

Bottles have to be delivered to the drop-off point by the required time and date.

Drop Off Location for Samples

Samples should be delivered on: 13 and 14 September 2021 (Monday and Tuesday).
Directions: When you enter the main gate at Nietvoorbij, go through the security boom and drive up the road all the way until you reach the white walls at the top. You then turn left towards the experimental cellar and drive past the stairs on the right. Keep driving around the building, and to the right you will see the entrance to the back door of the cellar where the wine must be delivered.
